History and Family origins

Our adventure began with family ties established in West Africa, particularly in Côte d’Ivoire. These ties laid the foundations for our commercial approach and our values. With an awareness of the needs and expectations of local markets in mind, we decided to found Nalis Afrique in Abidjan. This subsidiary is the fruit of our commitment to providing premium quality culinary solutions adapted to the realities and specific requirements of the region.

Using equipment installed on site:

We can train your head chef and their team members in the use of each complete installation that we carry out, in any of the countries where we operate.

This training will be given by a master chef and will enable your kitchen team to operate all the equipment, and boost their skills in different cooking methods and culinary techniques in order to optimise the use of this high-quality equipment.
