For over 30 years, Nalis has offered a stand-out service in the installation of commercial kitchens. Our family business is driven by an unwavering passion for gourmet cuisine. It has moved with the times, while maintaining the essence of its traditional expertise.

We understand that the kitchen is the beating heart of any culinary establishment. Which is why we’re committed to providing custom solutions that meet the specific needs of each chef and each kitchen. From design to installation, our team of experts handles each step of the process with precision and creativity.

We carefully select our materials and equipment in order to guarantee optimum performance and uncompromising reliability.

With a portfolio of over 600 clients, Nalis caters to various sectors: hospitals, care homes, businesses, ministries, government institutions, European institutions, schools as well as hotels and restaurants.

Key milestones

1925

Year the company was founded.

2008

Sylvain Devanlay invests capital in the company and Nalis expands its operations in France.

2012

The entire company is transferred to Sylvain Devanlay.

2016

A new home kitchens department opens in order to offer our expertise to individuals and businesses.

2021

The company expands in West Africa and designs a hospital kitchen in Lomé, Togo.

2023

Nalis Afrique is founded in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, in order to perform maintenance on equipment and offer a local after-sales service.

2024

Our services expand with the addition of the ‘cold’ service to meet all your refrigeration and air-conditioning needs.
